A psychologist & yoga teacher, I aim to create a safe space to support clients through struggles with anxiety, PTSD, addiction, depression, perfectionism, workaholism, & stress related chronic health problems. My approach integrates Western theories of psychology with Eastern philosophy. I am especially influenced by Zen and Taoist perspectives that emphasize observing cycles of nature to find inner peace and balance.
I regard each client as a fellow human being and believe that suffering is a common human experience that can be a doorway to greater self-awareness and authenticity. I am committed to treating you with compassion and respect.
